The Itinerary

• Early Summer: Monaco

• Peak Summer: Cruising Venice, Montenegro, and Croatia.

• Winter: Caribbean season.

The Ideal Candidate: We are seeking candidates who have completed their first year in the industry and are now seeking a stable, long-term home.

• Experience: 2 full seasons of yachting experience is a must. You should be fully confident in laundry and housekeeping and ready to rotate into service.

•  While there are nannies on board, the owners want a crew that genuinely enjoys the presence of children. Previous experience as a Nanny, Teacher, or Childminder is a significant bonus. You should be happy to engage, play, and maintain positive energy around the kids.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 full seasons of yachting experience, ideally rotating through all areas.

• Fluent English 

• Valid STCW & ENG1.

Package

• Salary: DOE.

• Rotation: 3:1 rotation.

• Extras: A training allowance is provided; economy flights are included.

• Start Date: ASAP

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the principal, their spouse, and family.
• Manage personal schedules to help keep the principal organised and on track despite an unpredictable calendar.
• Arrange medical appointments, personal bookings, and manage tasks related to children’s schooling and activities.

• Coordinate seamless international travel, including commercial and private flights, ground transportation, visas, and accommodation.
• Plan detailed itineraries and liaise with VIP services, private aviation, yacht charters, and luxury travel providers.

• Support the management of local and international residences to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with property maintenance teams, contractors, utility providers, and local suppliers.
• Assist with staff coordination and recruitment across household, yacht, and private aviation teams when required.

• Work as a dynamic duo alongside the existing co-PA, sharing duties fluidly with a "get involved" team attitude.
• Help plan and execute personal events, family celebrations, and special lifestyle projects.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or supporting UHNWIs within a luxury private environment such as yachting or private aviation. 
• Languages: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) ideally. 
• Residency / Travel: EU Passport holder (or right to work) is preferred to facilitate easy daily commuting across the Spain/Gibraltar border.
• Adaptability: Outstanding multitasking skills with the ability to handle last-minute changes, complex requests, and out-of-hours needs calmly.
• Personality: Warm, diplomatic, proactive, and highly resourceful with minimal direction needed.
• Discretion: Uncompromising commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and high professional standards.

The vessel is currently based in the Mediterranean for a largely private summer before crossing to the Caribbean for a busy winter charter season. This role starts as a temporary position through late September, with a clear path to a permanent contract for the right fit.

Position Details & Package

• Role: Spa Steward/ess (Focus on Hairdressing & Nails + Interior Support)

• Salary: €5,000 / month

• Permanent Package: 120 days leave (if position converts to permanent)

Role & Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications

• Hairdressing Specialist: Recognized qualification covering hair coloring, styling, men's cuts, and beard trims. Great physical stamina to handle back-to-back appointment days during peak guest periods.

• Nail Technician: Certified nail technician qualification.

• Interior Support: Housekeeping experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn from the existing interior team are paramount.

Travel & Visa Requirements

• Passport valid for at least 2 years.

• Candidates must possess valid, existing visas or passport privileges allowing for immediate, unrestricted travel in both the Schengen Area (EU) and the Caribbean / US B1/B2 as required by the vessel's itinerary.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a 2nd Stew on motor yachts ranging from 35-50 meters.

You will be joining a fantastic team led by a hands-on Captain.  The interior runs with three, and there is a wonderful Chief Stew who goes the extra mile with her team. As a second stew, you will guide the junior and support the chief stew, rotating through all interiors with a main focus on service when guests are onboard. The vessel typically has an average of 4-5 months of guest usage per year and is busier during the winter season.

The crew environment is close-knit and supportive. In addition, after completing one year onboard, you will have the opportunity to receive a training allowance, along with an annual salary review.

The vessel's cruising itinerary usually includes Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and the Bahamas.

We’re seeking a motivated 3rd Stewardess to join a prestigious 49m, private motor yacht. The ideal candidate should have some previous yachting experience, ideally 2 seasons in the industry. We are seeking someone friendly, assertive, ambitious, and dynamic. 

The duties will primarily involve laundry and housekeeping, but you will also be expected to assist with some service, late nights, table settings, guest events, and cocktail making. This vessel always returns to the home port in Florida but travels to the Bahamas and South Florida.

Due to cabin arrangements, we are specifically looking for a male candidate. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience and hold a license to stand a navigation watch underway. A strong knowledge of deck operations, a hands-on approach, and excellent team player skills are also preferred. RYA advanced power boat would be a great bonus.
