• Summer Season: Based in the East Med/Adriatic with a balanced schedule of owner trips and several confirmed charters booked throughout July, August, and September.
• Winter Season: Chartering in the Caribbean over the holidays (with potential owner use for New Year's). Florida time is spent mostly based at a premier shipyard/marina hub with low-volume, quiet weekend visits from the owners.

• Experience: 2+ years of solid yachting experience.
• Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (Strict requirement due to US Flag).
• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent maintenance knowledge, and confidence on the lines.

The Program A fantastic opportunity for a motivated 2nd Stewardess to join a professional interior team of two. This 35m program offers a dual-season itinerary (Med/Caribbean) with a healthy mix of private owner use and high-end charters. The owner is very supportive of the crew and looks for individuals who will treat the asset with care.

The Profile We are seeking a 2nd Stew who is hardworking, polished, and ready for a busy season. Longevity in previous roles is highly prioritised.

• Experience: Previous experience in the industry with a solid understanding of high-end housekeeping and service.

• Communication: Well-spoken with a professional and friendly demeanour.

• Attributes: High standards of cleanliness, adaptable to a busy guest schedule (including trips with young children), and a true team player.

• Requirements: STCW and ENG1 must be up to date. Must be available immediately to join in Italy.

We’re seeking a motivated 3rd Stewardess to join a prestigious 49m, private motor yacht. The ideal candidate should have some previous yachting experience, ideally 2 seasons in the industry. We are seeking someone friendly, assertive, ambitious, and dynamic. 

The duties will primarily involve laundry and housekeeping, but you will also be expected to assist with some service, late nights, table settings, guest events, and cocktail making. This vessel always returns to the home port in Florida but travels to the Bahamas and South Florida.

You will be joining a fantastic team led by a hands-on Captain.  The interior runs with three, and there is a wonderful Chief Stew who goes the extra mile with her team. As a second stew, you will guide the junior and support the chief stew, rotating through all interiors with a main focus on service when guests are onboard. The vessel typically has an average of 4-5 months of guest usage per year and is busier during the winter season.

The crew environment is close-knit and supportive. In addition, after completing one year onboard, you will have the opportunity to receive a training allowance, along with an annual salary review.
