The Role

• Interior Team Structure: Runs with 3 stews during owner trips and 2 out of service. All team members rotate through service, housekeeping, and laundry.

• Responsibilities: Full interior administration, inventories, provisioning, housekeeping, laundry, and service.

• Dynamic Setup: The former Chief Stewardess has transitioned into a land-based management/family support role. She will be onboard for many owner trips to run owner-facing service alongside you, but will also travel off-vessel with the family.

• Key Requirement: You must be capable of seamlessly taking full charge of the interior and guest service independently when the interior manager is not onboard.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Proven longevity as a Chief Stewardess on similar-sized vessels. 

• Attributes: Mature, organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Must lead by example, maintain accountability, and foster a positive team environment.

• Skills: Strong organisational skills to manage a busy Caribbean season with quick turnarounds and fluid plans.

Itinerary

• Current: Finishing yard period in the USA 

• Upcoming: Heading to the Caribbean in mid-October for the season (through April). Mediterranean program planned from May onwards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a 2nd Stewardess or be a strong Senior Stewardess ready to step up on a similarly sized vessel. You will be highly confident in formal plated service, well organised, and able to take initiative without ego. Comfortable working around children is essential, as the program centres around a family with children. Candidates should enjoy family environments and understand the balance between refined service and child-friendly interactions. Fluent English is required, though native-level proficiency is not essential, and the program is open to candidates from around the world with solid references and a long-term mindset.

The vessel is currently finishing off the season in the Med and will be guest on for the next few months before crossing to the carribean for the winter season, before heading back to the Med for a small shipyard before going back into the Med season in summer 2027. 

The vessel has an incredible, close-knit crew, so a positive, outgoing personality and the ability to seamlessly fit into this team are essential. The crew values teamwork and a willingness to go the extra mile, and they all enjoy taking part in activities off the boat as a team when time allows.

• Dietary Profile: Organic, fresh market produce only. No canned or processed ingredients.
• Preferences: Lean protein (Fish, Chicken, Eggs), abundant salads, and vegetables.
• Wellness Program: Daily preparation of ginger/turmeric shots and detox juices is a core requirement.
• Family Style: Simple, healthy meals for the children (grains, proteins, healthy carbs). While the diet is generally low-carb (sweet potatoes over refined grains).

• Experience: We are looking for a  professional with previous yachting experience and a history of working with similar private families. A background in nutrition is highly advantageous.
• Attributes: The ideal candidate is highly organised and enjoys the family-oriented nature of the vessel. You must be a team player who provides nutritious, high-quality meals for the crew as well as the guests.
• Requirements: STCW, ENG1, and Food Hygiene Level 2. Must be comfortable with a dual-season itinerary and international travel.

This is a shore-based, live-in position tailored for a culinary professional who thrives in high-end private households, maintains a yachting standard of presentation, and loves the dynamic nature of seasonal travel. The principals keep an active lifestyle—think lean proteins, fresh fish, and local seafood prepared with creative variety and immaculate plating.

The family spends their winters enjoying their Miami property, winters/springs in Aspen, and their summer season enjoying the Mediterranean, splitting time between land estates in Saint-Tropez and Mykonos. While the family owns a vessel, this role is strictly land-based, with no cooking required onboard.

• Manage personal schedules to help keep the principal organised and on track despite an unpredictable calendar.
• Arrange medical appointments, personal bookings, and manage tasks related to children’s schooling and activities.

• Coordinate seamless international travel, including commercial and private flights, ground transportation, visas, and accommodation.
• Plan detailed itineraries and liaise with VIP services, private aviation, yacht charters, and luxury travel providers.

• Support the management of local and international residences to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with property maintenance teams, contractors, utility providers, and local suppliers.
• Assist with staff coordination and recruitment across household, yacht, and private aviation teams when required.

• Work as a dynamic duo alongside the existing co-PA, sharing duties fluidly with a "get involved" team attitude.
• Help plan and execute personal events, family celebrations, and special lifestyle projects.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or supporting UHNWIs within a luxury private environment such as yachting or private aviation. 
• Languages: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) ideally. 
• Residency / Travel: EU Passport holder (or right to work) is preferred to facilitate easy daily commuting across the Spain/Gibraltar border.
• Adaptability: Outstanding multitasking skills with the ability to handle last-minute changes, complex requests, and out-of-hours needs calmly.
• Personality: Warm, diplomatic, proactive, and highly resourceful with minimal direction needed.
• Discretion: Uncompromising commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and high professional standards.

This position is ideal for individuals looking for a crew and an established private program with great owners. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a chief stewardess on vessels from 30-50m. 

You will be joining a fantastic team led by a hands-on Captain and supportive owners who enjoy family time.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with an average of 4-5 months of guest usage per year, but it could be more. There is a need to be adaptable from more casual trips to more formal service.  The vessel is typically busier during the winter season.

The crew environment is close-knit and supportive.

The vessel's cruising itinerary usually includes Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and the Bahamas.
