TYS Recruitment is seeking a motivated and experienced Temp Stewardess to join a stable, high-functioning 55m private motor yacht. This role covers a busy Caribbean trip schedule with the potential to transition into a maintenance-focused yard period in Florida.
The Role & Timeline

Duration: End of April – End of May (Temporary)

Potential Extension: Possibility to stay on for the shipyard period in Fort Lauderdale

Location: Joining in the Caribbean / Bahamas.

Salary: $3,500 pm (pro-rata).

Visa: B1/B2 mandatory.

Requirements: Female only due to cabin arrangements.
The Itinerary

Late April – May: Cruising the Caribbean and a slow cruise through the Bahamas with owner trips.

End of May onwards: Vessel moves to Fort Lauderdale for a major engine rebuild.

Yard Period: Maintenance-focused only. You will work closely with the Second Stew to maintain the vessel and provide crew care while the Chief Stew is away at the owners' summer residence.
The Interior & Program
The interior team of four rotates through service, housekeeping, and laundry. We are looking for someone who is "all hands on deck" and happy to support all sub-departments.
