We are seeking a talented Sous / Crew Chef to join a close-knit team of 14 crew on board a premier 57m Feadship. The vessel operates primarily as a lightly used private yacht with select charter weeks, offering high crew retention, a positive onboard culture, and an excellent balance between owner trips and charter dynamic.
You will work alongside the Head Chef to cater to both high-end charter guests and crew. During the Head Chef’s leave, you will take full ownership of the galley, including menu planning, budgeting, provisioning, and meal execution for guests and crew.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare nutritious, healthy, and fitness-focused meals for up to 14 crew.

Step up to manage guest service, menu planning, and provisioning during the Head Chef's leave.

Deliver high-standard Mediterranean-style cuisine, focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients, quality proteins, creative salads, and elegant presentation.

Catering seamlessly to diverse dietary requirements (e.g., Vegan, Gluten-Free).

Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in the galley.
Candidate Requirements

Gender: Male only (due to cabin arrangements).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience on 50m+ yachts; charter background preferred.

Qualifications: Ships Cook Certificate, Valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2 or 3.

Visas: B1/B2 Visa essential; Schengen preferred.
