TYS Recruitment are looking for a professional and health-conscious Sole Chef (Male) to join a 50m Private Motor Yacht currently lying in Antibes. The vessel operates with a professional crew of 9 and is primarily a single-season Mediterranean cruiser (May–October).
The Owners
The yacht is owned by a lovely American family. They are very active and place a high priority on wellness and nutrition. While the core group is small, they frequently host an additional 4–6 guests for week-long trips, requiring a chef who can scale up to 10 guests with ease while maintaining a high standard of service for the crew.
The Brief
The Principals are committed to a healthy, anti-inflammatory, and low-sugar lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of nutritional science and the ability to create gourmet, "restaurant-standard" dishes that adhere to strict dietary requirements without sacrificing flavour or presentation.
Requirements:

Male only due to shared cabin arrangements.

Strong background in high-end longevity/wellness cuisine (Anti-inflammatory, Keto, Paleo, or Low-Glycemic diets).

Exceptional provisioning skills and ability to source organic, local produce throughout the Med.

Clean, organised, and capable of managing a galley solo.

STCW, ENG1, and Food Hygiene Level 2 are mandatory.
