TYS Recruitment is looking for an experiences Rotaitonal Chief Stewardess to join a highly successful dual season 60m+ private/charter motor yacht. The vessel is currently in the Western Med and will head to the Adriatic to kick off the summer season before crossing to Florida and the Caribbean for the winter. This program boasts excellent crew longevity (3+ years), a strong safety-oriented culture, and a supportive environment backed by two great Captains.

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Stewardess on similar-sized vessels. Strong, proven charter experience is mandatory.

Visas/Passport: B1B2 is mandatory; Schengen Visa if applicable. EU citizens are highly preferred.

Certifications: All valid maritime certificates required (STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food Hygiene, Cyber Security, etc.).

Language: 100% fluent in English

You will be leading a tight-knit, active, and fit interior team, joining a fantastic crew mix who love staying active and enjoying crew activities together ashore.

Summer Season: Based in the East Med/Adriatic with a balanced schedule of owner trips and several confirmed charters booked throughout July, August, and September.

Winter Season: Chartering in the Caribbean over the holidays (with potential owner use for New Year's). Florida time is spent mostly based at a premier shipyard/marina hub with low-volume, quiet weekend visits from the owners.
