The Candidate

Experience: Minimum 2+ years as Chief Stewardess on 50m+ vessels.

Admin Pro: Strong administrative skills are essential, as you will be managing shipyard logistics and detailed interior inventories.

Leadership Style: You are a mature, fair, and kind leader who leads by example. This is a small team, so a "no job too small" attitude is required; you’re happy to jump into the laundry or crew mess when the team needs support.

Systems-Focused: You are happy to step into an existing program and follow established interior protocols rather than reinventing the wheel.
