About Us
The Yacht Stew Ltd is a yachting business serving superyachts and yachting companies worldwide. Our recruitment function, TYS Recruitment, supports clients and candidates across the industry, and we are looking for an experienced consultant to represent the brand and keep that service running smoothly during a period of maternity leave.

You will work alongside an administrative assistant, and the role can be shaped around your experience and availability.
Hours: Part-time or full-time, flexible depending on the right candidate
Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover

Re-engaging previous clients and warm leads

The Role in Summary
The priority of this position is to ensure that clients and candidates continue to receive a responsive, high-quality recruitment service throughout the maternity-cover period.
However, we are also looking for someone who can see opportunities beyond the vacancies already on the desk, whether that means developing a client relationship, reconnecting with a previous contact, bringing in new business or suggesting new ways for the recruitment function to grow.
It would suit someone who enjoys the relationship-building side of recruitment as much as making placements and who is comfortable working both independently and within a small, collaborative team.
For the right candidate, there is flexibility around the hours and scope of the position, and we are open to discussing either a part-time or full-time arrangement.
