TYS Recruitment is seeking an experienced, high-calibre Lead Service Stewardess for a temporary contract running from late October through early January. On Board an 85m+ privtae/charter vessel heading to the carribean.
The vessel is an 85m+ M/Y coming off a highly successful Mediterranean season featuring busy charter trips, large-scale events, and boss trips, and is now preparing to head to the Caribbean. This role offers an exciting opportunity to step into a dynamic, highly supportive team alongside established Department Heads who prioritise professional development, team culture, and onboard longevity.

Exceptional Service Delivery: Confident and seamless execution of all service styles, with a heavy emphasis on high-level silver service and synchronised service.

Mixology & Creativity: Extensive cocktail and mocktail knowledge, paired with a creative flair for themed setups, floral, and table decorations that deliver a true "wow" factor for charter guests.

Leadership & Autonomy: Strong leadership capabilities to guide the service team and seamlessly manage guest interactions when the Chief Stew and Head of Service are occupied.

Smooth Handover: Arriving in time for an overlap with the outgoing service team to ensure continuity of service standards.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3+ years on similar-sized (80m+) busy charter or private yachts.

Visas: B1/B2 visa mandatory

Interpersonal Skills: A team-first attitude fit for a vibrant, multinational crew who value building strong working relationships and spending time together.
Start Date: Late October (Ideally ~28th October to allow for handover/overlap)
End Date: Early January

Salary: €4,000 – €4,250 / month (DOE) + accrued leave
