TYS Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Stewardess to join a premier 54m motor yacht. This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior professional who has found their sea legs and is looking to settle into a high-standard, long-term program.
The vessel maintains a busy, high-energy schedule with a "back-to-back" charter season, balanced by a supportive crew culture that feels like a family away from home.
The Role
Working within a talented interior team of four, you will be involved in all aspects of the department, from high-end laundry and meticulous housekeeping to assisting with service during busy guest trips.

Leave Package: 60 days per annum.

Itinerary: Dual-season (Mediterranean Summer / Caribbean Winter).

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a positive, "can-do" individual who is passionate about their career in yachting and eager to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Experience: At least one year of experience on a 40m+ vessel. You should be confident in basic interior yachting protocols and ready to hit the ground running.

Charter Ready: You must have prior charter experience. You understand the pace of a busy season and can maintain a smile and high standards during long guest trips.

Lifestyle Alignment: The crew is active and health-conscious; someone who enjoys fitness and a wholesome team dynamic will fit in perfectly.

Position Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in the yachting industry.

Solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry guest standards.

Valid STCW and ENG1.
