TYS Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Head of Housekeeping to join a highly prestigious, impeccably run 80m+ private motor yacht. The vessel operates a dual-season, guest-heavy program with consistent owner trips starting mid-November.
This role is transitioning into a rotation (moving from 4:2 to a full 2:2). You will join on October 4th for a 4-month stint—starting with a full month of no guests to settle in, build rapport with the team, and establish groundwork alongside the current HOH before the busy Caribbean season begins.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the housekeeping and laundry stewardesses, maintaining high team morale.

Oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain flawless standards throughout guest and crew areas.

Train new stewardesses on vessel-specific checklists, fabric/surface care, chemical handling, and safety standards.

Manage chemical and laundry store inventories, drafting order lists for the Chief Stewardess.

Create structured worklists for crossing periods, yard/maintenance phases, and boss trips.

Collaborate closely with the Chief Stewardess and Head of Service on overall interior operations, guest preference records, and inventories.
Start Date: October 4th
Rotation: Initially 4 months ON / 2 months OFF (transitioning to 2:2)
Location: Currently Med, crossing to St. Maarten for the Winter
Salary: Dependent on experience

Background: 3–4+ years in yachting with strong private/guest-on experience. Experienced Head of Housekeeping or strong, proven Chief Stewardesses looking for a great rotational home are encouraged to apply.
