TYS Recruitment is seeking a versatile and highly capable Experinced Stewardess to join a high-standard 75m+ private motor yacht currently based in Dubai.
This is a true combination role for both service and housekeeping. The successful candidate will transition seamlessly between fine service and detailed interior housekeeping depending on the vessel's operational schedule and guest rotations. We are looking for someone adaptable, energetic, and comfortable maintaining ultra-luxury standards across all interior departments.
Key Responsibilities

Service: Delivering high-end food and beverage service (silver service, plating, table setups, and mixology) during guest trips.

Housekeeping: Detailed cleaning, cabin turnaround, interior setup, and caring for delicate surfaces and luxury fabrics.

Rotation Flexibility: Working closely with the Chief Stewardess to adapt to changing guest itineraries and trip dates.
Package & Conditions

Salary: €3,000 per month

Leave/Rotation: Approximately 3:1 rotation. High flexibility is required—leave periods may need to adjust slightly to accommodate owner trips.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience on 60m+ motor yachts in either a dual service/housekeeping role or strong dedicated experience in both.

High level of flexibility regarding travel and schedule adjustments.

Fully compliant STCW, ENG1, and Food Safety Level 2 certificates.

Valid B1/B2 visa or relevant travel documents enabling seamless global transit.
