TYS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Client Partnership Manager to drive new business development in the superyacht industry for an established Uniform and accessory brand in London. This pivotal role focuses on converting high-end leads into loyal, long-term clients while delivering exceptional, personalised service.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and passion for customer service to come ashore to an established team to create a new career within the industry with a home base in London. You will be required to attend the office at least 3 days per week. Please note this is a Maternity Cover contract for around 12 months with potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert luxury leads through consultative selling and relationship management
- Manage the complete client journey from initial enquiry to project handover
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (including travel)
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on bespoke project solutions
- Oversee sampling, pricing, and project scoping for high-value commissions
- Maintain comprehensive CRM systems and sales forecasting
- Provide strategic account management for key clients
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in luxury sales (superyacht, fashion, or bespoke services preferred)
- Strong ability to convert high-value leads and build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of luxury branding and white-glove service expectations
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
