TYS Recruitment is seeking an experienced, proactive Chief Stewardess to join a 55m private motor yacht. The role requires a hands-on leader to take full ownership of the interior, maintain high standards, and lead a small, dedicated team.
The Role

Interior Team Structure: Runs with 3 stews during owner trips and 2 out of service. All team members rotate through service, housekeeping, and laundry.

Responsibilities: Full interior administration, inventories, provisioning, housekeeping, laundry, and service.

Dynamic Setup: The former Chief Stewardess has transitioned into a land-based management/family support role. She will be onboard for many owner trips to run owner-facing service alongside you, but will also travel off-vessel with the family.

Key Requirement: You must be capable of seamlessly taking full charge of the interior and guest service independently when the interior manager is not onboard.
Candidate Profile

Experience: Proven longevity as a Chief Stewardess on similar-sized vessels.

Attributes: Mature, organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Must lead by example, maintain accountability, and foster a positive team environment.

Skills: Strong organisational skills to manage a busy Caribbean season with quick turnarounds and fluid plans.
