The Program
We are looking for a highly refined and experienced Chief Stewardess to lead a polished interior team of two on a wonderful 35m motor yacht. The owner is lovely and truly cares for the crew, but expects a high "large-yacht" calibre of service and presentation.
The itinerary is busy and exciting: a mix of owner trips (including family with young children) and back-to-back charters. The vessel will then cross to the Caribbean and Bahamas for the winter season.
The Profile
The ideal candidate is possesses a "can-do" attitude. You must be capable of hitting the ground running, assessing uniform needs, setting up operational standards, and managing high-level provisioning and guest preferences on the fly.
