The Role
As Chief Stewardess, you will be the heart of the interior, managing a dedicated team of four. This is a role for a mentor who values crew progression and wants to see their team grow.

Management: Full oversight of interior operations, provisioning, and departmental accounts.

Position Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel (50m+).

Charter Background: A proven track record in busy charter environments is essential; you must be comfortable with back-to-back guest trips and high-pressure seasons.

Leadership Credentials: Ideally holds a recognised leadership qualification (e.g., GUEST Program leadership modules or equivalent) or can demonstrate significant, high-level leadership experience.

Financials: Strong financial acumen for interior accounting and high-end provisioning.

Certifications: Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2.
