TYS Recruitment is looking for a French-speaking Captain and Deck/Stew/Cook team to join a 24m Sail Yacht.

Captain Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and strong sailor who is self-assured and a great communicator.
You should be energetic, flexible, and physically capable. Engineering knowledge and admin skills are also vital in this role. Charter experience is preferred as the owner will have selected guests to charter the boat after their world cruise. Any previous racing or regatta experience would also be very beneficial, as well as any additional skills, such as water sports enthusiasts.
The Deck/Stew/Cook Requirements:
The candidate should be very organised and versatile, able and keen to move from one role to another. Alongside the captain, the candidate will be responsible for all deck operations, safe maneuvering, maintenance, and cleaning.
Cooking skills must be simple yet yummy. You should be confident in preparing up to three meals daily for five to eight people, including light, healthy meals for race days. Italian or French-inspired dishes, any Asian flair is a bonus.
Additional:
The itinerary involves a worldwide sailing experience starting from the South of France. 2024 will include a world tour, beginning from the Var department and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. The number of guests will vary throughout the tour, and this is a hands-on position where communication with the clients/owner is key.
There are only two crew members onboard, so they must be versatile and self-sufficient. A third crew member will be employed temporarily to assist on extended trips or long crossings.
