The Candidate
We are looking for a powerhouse on deck. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be completely "plug-and-play." You should be highly confident in all deck operations, particularly when it comes to docking maneuvers and leading the junior deck team.
Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of solid yachting experience.

Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (Strict requirement due to US Flag).

Skills: Strong leadership, excellent maintenance knowledge, and confidence on the lines.

Watchkeeping: You must hold a license to stand a navigational watch underway.
