We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our client's growing team. This role offers the perfect blend of relationship management and business development within the prestigious superyacht sector. You'll be working with an established portfolio of discerning clients while having the opportunity to drive account growth and expansion. This would suit someone who is looking to be based in London full-time and transition to a shorebased role with a Monday to Friday Schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the existing client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vessel captains, crew managers, and management companies
- Deliver exceptional service levels with attention to detail and timely communication
- Manage VIP client accounts requiring elevated, personalised service
Sales & Business Development
- Create tailored proposals based on client requirements and historical preferences
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to present innovative solutions
- Monitor performance against revenue targets and implement growth strategies
- Utilise CRM systems to track client preferences and purchasing cycles
Project Coordination
- Manage enquiries from initial contact through to project completion
- Provide regular status updates and maintain clear communication channels
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Handle any issues with professionalism and a solution-focused approach
Ideal Candidate
- 2-4 years of experience in account management within the luxury fashion or marine industries
- Strong understanding of the superyacht sector and operational requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Exceptional organisational abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace
