TYS Recruitment is seeking a 3rd Stewardess to join a fast-paced 45m+ private/charter motor yacht. The interior runs with a team of 3 on a 3:1 rotation schedule (4 interior crew total), allowing for regular leave throughout the year.
We are looking for a confident, hands-on candidate coming from a larger program who can step straight into the role with minimal downtime. The primary focus for this position is house-mastery: high-standard housekeeping, laundry management, and garment care, with opportunities to assist on service when needed.
The crew of 9–10 are energetic, active, and social (enjoying group activities like fitness and yoga), making this a fantastic work environment for a motivated interior professional looking for longevity on an established vessel.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong experience as a 3rd Stewardess from a larger yacht program.

Exceptional skills in laundry, garment care, and detailed housekeeping.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing daily interior operations independently.

Must possess an up-to-date ENG1 medical certificate and STCW certifications.
