The Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain 2nd Stewardess experience in a structured, supportive environment. You will be a core member of a tight-knit interior team, reporting to a nurturing Chief Stew who prioritises departmental growth.

The Role: You will act as the primary 3rd Stewardess, but will officially step into the 2nd Stewardess role during the Chief Stew’s holiday periods (four months of the year).

The Itinerary: A busy dual-season schedule covering the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a high-energy "all-rounder" who is comfortable moving between service, housekeeping, and laundry, while possessing the maturity to lead when required.

Industry Tenure: 3–4 years of experience on vessels of a similar size (50m+).

Charter Expertise: You must have a strong charter background. We are looking for someone who excels under the pressure of back-to-back trips and maintains a "can-do" attitude.

Skill Set: A mastery of high-end service styles and a sharp eye for detail. You should be confident enough to manage the floor and mentor junior crew during your step-up periods.

Position Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional yachting experience.

Proven ability to handle the logistics of a busy charter season.

Valid STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2.
