TYS Recruitment is looking for an experienced, solid 2nd Stewardess to join a highly active 45m+ private/charter motor yacht. The vessel operates with an interior team of 3 on a unique 3:1 interior rotation (4 interior crew in total), ensuring consistent time off year-round.
This role is ideal for a strong 2nd Stewardess, or an experienced interior crew member nearly ready to step up to Chief Stewardess, who can provide solid support to a great Junior Chief Stewardess. You will lead on service, with a strong background in fine dining, table settings, and cocktail mixology.
The vessel hosts high-end charters and is owned by a yacht-friendly owner who takes week-long trips with family and friends.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a 2nd Stewardess on similar-sized vessels or larger.

Strong service background, including advanced cocktail creation and table presentation.

Adaptable, proactive, and capable of supporting the interior leadership seamlessly.

Must possess an up-to-date ENG1 medical certificate and STCW certifications.
Package Offered:

Salary: $5,000 – $5,300 USD / month (DOE)
