TYS Recruitment is seeking a confident and capable 2nd Stewardess who’s ready to step up and take on more responsibility, setting her sights on a future Chief role. This is a rare chance to join an adventurous and supportive program on board a 55m+ private yacht that rewards hard work and nurtures career growth.
We’re looking for a strong, experienced 2nd who thrives both independently and as part of a team. You’ll work closely with a seasoned Chief Stewardess/Purser, gaining hands-on leadership exposure in a close-knit environment where initiative, calm energy, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Proven 2nd Stewardess experience, ready to step up to Chief
